OUR CEO: JORENCE MADIO
With over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, our CEO has built a career founded on hard work, skill, and dedication. He started his journey with vocational training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, following challenges that paused his undergraduate studies.
He worked as an air conditioning technician for seven years, gaining valuable expertise, and later became a lead technician for two years, managing projects and teams. In 2015, he began working as a freelance contractor, completing 6+ years of successful projects and earning a reputation for reliability and excellence.
In 2021, he established JRM Ref and Aircon Services, combining his experience and passion to create a trusted HVAC company. Known for his integrity and commitment, he ensures every project is completed professionally, even when faced with challenges. Clients value his approachable nature, problem-solving skills, and dedication to quality service.
